AAV1 + AAV6 Capsid protein VP1 + VP2 + VP3 antibody [HL4908]

AAV1 + AAV6 Capsid protein VP1 + VP2 + VP3 antibody [HL4908] detects AAV1 Capsid protein VP1 + VP2 + VP3 by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: AAV1 Capsid protein VP1 + VP2 + VP3 stained by AAV1 + AAV6 Capsid protein VP1 + VP2 + VP3 antibody [HL4908] (GTX644973) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Non-transfected and transfected 293T whole cell extracts (10 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with AAV1 + AAV6 Capsid protein VP1 + VP2 + VP3 antibody [HL4908] (GTX644973) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
