AAV1 + AAV6 Capsid protein VP1 + VP2 + VP3 antibody [HL5058]

Non-transfected and transfected 293T whole cell extracts (10 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with AAV1 + AAV6 Capsid protein VP1 + VP2 + VP3 antibody [HL5058] (GTX645228) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Indirect ELISA analysis was performed by coating the plate with AAV2, AAV6, AAV8, AAV9 viral particle (15.62*10⁸-500*10⁸ vg/mL). Coated protein was probed with Adeno-associated virus 6 VP1 antibody [HL5058] (GTX645228) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.
