CD5 antibody [HL5246]

CD5 antibody [HL5246] (GTX645502) detects CD5 protein by flow cytometry analysis.
Sample: Jurkat were blocked with an FcR blocking reagent for 10 minutes and fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at 4ºC for 15 min and washed with 0.1% saponin buffer to permeabilize the cell membrane.
The cells were following stained with CD5 antibody [HL5246] (GTX645502) diluted at 1:50 or a Rabbit IgG isotype control (GTX35035) control at 4ºC for 1 hour.

CD5 antibody [HL5246] detects CD5 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Jurkat cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: CD5 stained by CD5 antibody [HL5246] (GTX645502) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
