Japanese encephalitis virus NS5 antibody [HL5380]

Sandwich ELISA detection of non-transfected and transfected 293T whole cell extracts using antibodies as below.

Capture: Japanese encephalitis virus NS5 antibody [HL5380] (GTX645948) (5 μg/mL)
Detection: HRP-conjugated Japanese encephalitis virus NS5 antibody (GTX131360) (1 μg/mL)
Please notice that GTX131360 needs to be conjugated to HRP to function as the detection antibody when paired with GTX645948. Please contact us for custom HRP-conjugated antibody.

Indirect ELISA analysis was performed by coating the plate with non-transfected and transfected 293T whole cell extracts (3.13-200 μg/mL). Coated protein was probed with Japanese encephalitis virus NS5 antibody [HL5380] (GTX645948) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.

Non-infected and infected BHK-21 whole cell extracts (5 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Japanese encephalitis virus NS5 antibody [HL5380] (GTX645948) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Japanese encephalitis virus NS5 antibody [HL5380] (GTX645948) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
