LI-Cadherin antibody [HL5636] detects LI-Cadherin protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Aspc-1 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: LI-Cadherin stained by LI-Cadherin antibody [HL5636] (GTX646325) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield™ with DAPI (GTX30920).

LI-Cadherin antibody [HL5636] detects LI-Cadherin protein by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded human tissues.
LI-Cadherin stained by LI-Cadherin antibody [HL5636] (GTX646325) diluted at 1:200.
Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min

Boiled and unboiled various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with LI-Cadherin antibody [HL5636] (GTX646325) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data are based on Human Protein Atlas program.
