PKM antibody

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PKM antibody (GTX111604) diluted at 1:10000.

PKM antibody detects PKM protein at cytoplasm by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded human lung cancer.
PKM stained by PKM antibody (GTX111604) diluted at 1:500.
Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min

PKM antibody detects PKM protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: PKM protein stained by PKM antibody (GTX111604) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

Pyruvate Kinase (muscle) antibody detects PKM2 protein at cytosol on RT2 xenograft by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded RT2 xenograft.

Antigen Retrieval: Trilogy™ (EDTA based, pH 8.0) buffer, 15min

Various tissue extracts (50 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PKM antibody (GTX111604) diluted at 1:5000.
