Powassan virus NS4B antibody [HL4298]

Powassan virus NS4B antibody [HL4298] detects Powassan virus NS4B protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: Powassan virus NS4B stained by Powassan virus NS4B antibody [HL4298] (GTX643538) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield™ with DAPI (GTX30920).

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Powassan virus NS4B antibody [HL4298] (GTX643538) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Red: Powassan virus NS4B stained by Powassan virus NS4B antibody [HL4298] (GTX643538) diluted at 1:1000.
Blue: nuclear staining.
