West Nile virus NS3 protein antibody [HL4682]

Sandwich ELISA detection of non-transfected and transfected 293T whole cell extracts using antibodies as below.

Capture: West Nile virus NS3 protein antibody [HL4682] (GTX644683) (5 μg/mL)
Detection: HRP-conjugated West Nile virus NS3 protein antibody (GTX131955) (1 μg/mL)
Please notice that GTX131955 needs to be conjugated to HRP to function as the detection antibody when paired with GTX644683. Please contact us for custom HRP-conjugated antibody.

Indirect ELISA analysis was performed by coating the plate with non-transfected and transfected 293T whole cell extracts. Coated protein was probed with West Nile virus NS3 protein antibody [HL4682] (GTX644683) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.

West Nile virus NS3 protein antibody [HL4682] detects West Nile virus NS3 protein protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: West Nile virus NS3 protein stained by West Nile virus NS3 protein antibody [HL4682] (GTX644683) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with West Nile virus NS3 protein antibody [HL4682] (GTX644683) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
