West Nile virus NS3 protein antibody

Non-infected (–) and infected (+) 293T whole cell extracts were separated by 4-20% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with West Nile virus NS3 protein antibody (GTX131955) diluted at 1:1500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Non-infected (–) and infected (+) Huh-7 whole cell extracts (5 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with West Nile virus NS3 protein antibody (GTX131955) diluted at 1:1500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Sandwich ELISA detection of non-transfected and transfected 293T whole cell extracts using antibodies as below.

Capture: West Nile virus NS3 protein antibody [HL4682] (GTX644683) (5 μg/mL)
Detection: HRP-conjugated West Nile virus NS3 protein antibody (GTX131955) (1 μg/mL)
Please notice that GTX131955 needs to be conjugated to HRP to function as the detection antibody when paired with GTX644683. Please contact us for custom HRP-conjugated antibody.
