Summary Recognizes the clathrin heavy chain from a diverse range of species. In nervous tissue it crossreacts with another coated vesicle polypeptide of 190kD which is not present in isolated clathrin triskelions. In some epithelial cells of certain species the antibody may crossreact with a cytokeratin component. It detects coated vesicles from different organs and tissues (e.g. brain, ovary, mammary gland)

Summary Recognizes the hexon group antigen of Adeno types 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7a, 8, 31, 40 and 41. Not reactive withInfluenza A, Influenza B, RSV, Para 1, 2 and 3, Mycoplasma pneumoniae, H. pylori and mammalian cells.

Summary Recognizes numerous proteins in a soluble C. albicans extract (IEP). Has not been absorbed and does crossreact with other yeasts. Negative against human serum, urine and spinal fluid.
