Summary This antibody reacts with cK Ras and vK Ras, and cross-reacts with cH Ras or cN Ras p21s in immunoblotting. For this reason we recommend a sample concentration step prior to immunoblotting; concentrate to 5 μg/ml with 1% gelatin as a stabilizer. For immunoprecipitation, use 5 μg per sample with 45 μl protein A agarose.
